• TERMS
The lessons of full-time students are structured over 4 terms in the year. Embracing term breaks and public holidays, there are 44 lessons during this time. These are divided by the 12 months in the year for which a student is billed monthly
• BILLING
Term fees are billed monthly from Jan to Dec. Fees are paid in advance by the 1st of each month. Embracing term breaks and public holidays, there are 44 lessons given annually. These are divided by the 12 months in the year for which a student is billed monthly. throughout the year
• DEPOSIT
Your deposit is returned to you in the form of your last 4 lessons once you have given a 1-calendar month notice period. If you choose to forego your last 4 lessons, your deposit is forfeited
• LESSONS
Given online via the Microsoft Teams video platform. One-on-one lessons given if the student resides in Lancaster, UK and the surrounding areas
• MISSED LESSONS
*Also applies to the 4 x lesson gift voucher/trial period*
There are no refunds for missed lessons. Students pay for a time-slot which is there whether or not they attend their lesson. Where possible, a lesson can be made up at another time but only within the same week it is missed. If the lesson missed is the fault of the teacher, you will be credited for the missed lesson
• 4 X LESSON GIFT VOUCHER/TRIAL PERIOD
Once a date and time have been decided, the four lessons will run consecutively once a week. The lessons must be taken up no later than one month from date of purchase. If they are not taken up within this time, the money paid is forfeited
• PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
There are no lessons in term breaks and on public holidays

• SIGNING UP
Once you have discussed time and day with Tony, you confirm your chosen lessons by paying the chosen lesson fees plus your deposit into the bank account that Tony will send to you via his lesson document
